For lunch we wanted to have okonomiyaki. Hiroshima is famous in Japan for it's Hiroshima-na-style okonomiyaki. I would describe it as a pancake/pizza type food with cabbage, soba noodles, onion, egg, pork, and a special sauce. It is cooked in front of you and served on a hot plate.

It is soooooo good. I'll have to have it again somewhere else to see what the other styles are in making it. It was a lot of food and we couldn't finish it all. Yum!
